  • All content, logos, designs, and materials created by Tomato Logics remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, ownership of final deliverables (website, design files, etc.) will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion.
  • Any delays from your side (content, approvals, payments) may extend project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., top Google rankings).
  • Tomato Logics is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate any project or service if the client breaches these terms, provides false information, or fails to make payments.
  • You may terminate services by giving written notice, but fees for completed work remain payable.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

  • We may use third-party tools, plugins, or hosting providers as part of service delivery.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multan, Punjab.
