- The service has not yet started
- No work has been delivered or initiated
- Hosting account or service access has not been activated
- A duplicate or accidental payment was made
In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- WordPress website development or customization once work has started
- Design work, demo setups, or premium layouts delivered
- SEO, content writing, blog creation, or optimization services
- Hosting services once server resources are allocated or activated
- Domain registration or renewal
- Consultation, strategy sessions, or audits (paid or discounted)
4. Hosting Refund Policy
- Hosting refunds are only applicable before activation
- Once hosting services are live, no refunds will be issued due to server allocation and infrastructure costs
- Downgrades or cancellations do not qualify for partial refunds
5. Project-Based Work
For custom projects:
- Payments are made based on milestones or agreed scope
- Once a milestone is completed and approved, it becomes non-refundable
- If a project is cancelled midway, no refund will be provided for completed work
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Processing may take 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Transaction or gateway fees may be deducted where applicable
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- Termination of ongoing projects
- Blocking of future services
