Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available for services within 7 days of the initial payment.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@tomatologics.com, explaining the reason for the request.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- If services have been partially or fully delivered within the refund period.
- Custom work, including website design or brand strategy, where significant progress has been made.
- Failure to provide necessary information or materials required to complete the project.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving your request, our team will review it within 3 business days and determine eligibility.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund completion may take 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
